The meeting’s purpose was the launching of the project. Within the frame of the kick-off meeting the project itself was presented by one of the GTZ participants, showing the context in which the project is embedded, what technical aspects need to be considered, and the desired outcomes. Following the project description the technical aspects were brought to the audience by two presentations from CfRN and vTI, including a timetable for the project activities.
